Mozilla FireFox
I use FireFox developer tools religiously! I have a friend at work that is trying to learn CSS right now. He spent two days making a page then he asked me to check it out on FireFox (since he refused to install it). Nothing worked! He was amazed at how quickly I drilled down to all his errors with the devoloper tools - outlining block elements, displaying class & id names, editing the CSS on the browser. He now uses FireFox
