President Hinckley has challenged members of the church to read the Book of Mormon completely by the end of the year. I’ve created this spreadsheet to track my progress.
Basically, I’ve listed each chapter in the Book of Mormon and how many verses are in it. To the left I’ve listed how many of those verses I have read. Below each chapter is a summary of how many chapters I have left to read, the date I want to read them all, how many days I have left to do so, How many chapters I have to read each day, and finally, how far behind (or ahead) of my goal I am to read two chapters per day.

Arg!! It’s finally here! I’rve been waiten all year fer dis date to come!
We saw Robert Redford on Saturday… We drove up to Sundance to take some family photos. In the middle of all the commotion (we have two young kids), Robert Redford walked by. My wife was the only one that noticed and didn’t say anything until he was out of ear shot. My sister-in-law exitedly snapped this photo as he was walking away… (he’s the one in the red had in case you couldn’t tell.)
I came across an interesting site this morning. I was just checking my logs for Shiblon.com and I noticed 3 people had found my site doing a search for “gordon b hinkley birthday.” I checked out the link and came across the first result, which was 43things.com. I thought it was interesting so I signed up and started creating my 43 things.
